This is a cash business most of the time. Most franchises collect either cash, cheque or credit card payment at the conclusion of the move, unless alternative arrangements have been made before the move starts.

Yes. The Initial Training program consists of two weeks at STICK MEN UNIVERSITY®, located at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Home office in Lansing, Michigan. All aspects of business operations are covered during training, including business plan development, sales, marketing, human resources, information technology and operations. There are also ongoing training programs conducted during the refresher training programs on all aspects of the business.
Yes. A typical office is 1,500 - 2,000 square feet in a highly visible industrial / commercial complex where parking for trucks in permitted. The primary function of the office is sales-related and storage is necessary for supplies and equipment.
Initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five (5) years with a renewal or extension of an additional five-year term.
Our franchise territories are awarded to pre-qualified candidates. To start the process you must complete and submit a Franchise Application Form. Once the form is received and you are preliminarily approved you will be invited to a "Discovery Day" meeting where all your questions will be answered and you will be provided with a Franchise Disclosure document that describes the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise opportunity in detail. Once your application is approved and you are awarded a Territory, the time required to get A TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise business up and running is about four (4) months.
