TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Release Customers’ Bill of RightsTWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Canada is introducing an innovative new Customers’ Bill of Rights to guarantee the highest level of service for its clients.  Provisions within the Bill of Rights relate to written quotes, invoices, safety standards, insurance policies, moving equipment, delays, mover training and accuracy in marketing materials.  The company is also setting up a 24 hour hotline that customers can call with questions or complaints. “It’s heartbreaking to see consumers who have been defrauded by unscrupulous moving firms,” says COO and Vice President of Development and Operations Dan Hopkins.  “We believe our strong code of ethics can help stand as a model to others in the industry as we work to defend the integrity of honest movers to help stamp out immoral and illegal activities”.
