TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchisees are a group of people with a wide variety of professional backgrounds including medicine, law, accounting, Fortune 500 company experience, sales and marketing, manufacturing, operations, logistics and other home service businesses.

Initial Investment & Franchise Fees

The initial investment and ongoing fees required for franchise operations with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® are set out in further detail in the company's Disclosure Document, which is provided to qualified candidates during the Discovery Day process. The initial investment and ongoing fees include:

Estimated Initial investment Range: $177,500 - $406,000 per territory.

• Franchise fee is $35,000 per territory.
• Royalties: 7.5%
• Advertising Fees: 1%
• Technology Support & Development Fee: $300 per month

Financing Assistance

Once candidates are qualified, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® works with various financing partners and financial institutions to assist franchisees with obtaining funding for their business, if additional financing is required.
